The youngest patient was just 5 months old, weighing only 3.5 kg. We are truly honoured to have gained the trust of families from Indonesia and look forward to serving more families. We will assist Mayapada Healthcare to develop the capability to perform liver transplants in Indonesia within the next few years”.

Dr. Neerav Goyal, Senior Liver Transplant Surgeon, added, “At Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, we specialize in complicated liver transplants addressing various liver conditions. Timely medical intervention is critical for patients suffering from end-stage liver disease. We have successfully performed combined liver kidney transplants, ABO-incompatible liver transplants and complicated transplants in patients with multiple co-existing medical and surgical conditions. For international patients, we have proactively facilitated not only comprehensive medical care but also assistance with travel logistics, visas, and flights, ensuring prompt and seamless access to treatment.”

Mr. Andi Arief, who underwent a successful liver transplant in Apollo Hospitals New Delhi commented, “My life has been transformed after the liver transplant. I have so much energy and I am able to do more than I did before. Liver transplantation has given me a new life.
